What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Better communication, more privacy, friends shouldnt use rooms with workers

Monitoring how employees are treated

Giving one set of instructions and not changing at the second they just want be right about whatever sisparging comment they made to you

New leaders who are better at managing

Pay a living wage. No breaks early lunches

talking to employees & customers with the same respect they speak to the bosses. Treat people how you want to be treated!

Team work more fun time

The management is horrible at the one I worked at in Bernalillo NM. The workers, housekeeping and some of the front desk workers, dont do their job half the time. Maintenance is not much better. The owner dont care as long as there is money coming in and he doesnt have to spend much money.

Review from Admin Dept

This is the worst place I have ever worked.

Review from Customer Support Dept

You tend to be under appreciated when working for a big corporate company... which is what happened to me.

Review from Operations Dept

They need to learn to communicate better with staff and foster a more comfortable atmosphere.

Review from Operations Dept

Change all executive and bring in new team . Current team us disengaged. Action must be taken and very soon.

Incentives for employees and coverage

Management does not help with issues that go on the property with employees

Review from Operations Dept

The general managers need to take responsibility for their job roles and not make the manager on duty do everything
