Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Most increases are only 1%-3%. No bonuses for job titles below AVP. A 20% increase.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Not much. They try but fall way short and spend money on rebranding when they could have given the all employees bonuses. Productivity was up by 15% across the company during the first 6 months of the pandemic but not everyone shared in the rewards.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Paying attention to people and promoting when deserving not because an "opening" came up. Calm down on time off. Salaried employees should not need to take an hour or 2 of PTO when needing to take care of something personal. PTO was down to 15 minute intervals. Ridiculous for salaried employees.
