What does the leadership team need to get better at?

They need to hear the feedback from employees and take appropriate actions of decision making that can make them effective and efficient.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

My views, opinions, and work ethic were not considered. Although they request feedback from employees, there is no positive results to benefit employees.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

The culture wants to get it done and not be deprived of contract agreements. The environment that is at the forefront want to have the recognition of positive performance.

What did you like most about the interview process?

They were interested in hiring people with integrity. Not just by mouth but with proven results via work history. This allows an individual to perform at their best because they are trusted.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

There is too much greed, corruption, fraud, waste and abuse from the senior executive level. There must be inspection and oversight that can eliminate the ineffective and inefficient decision making. Frequent audits and ethical performance must be priority.

What are some of the best things about your team?

We work together and back each other up. We have trust in one another to work effectively. Whereas, the agency does not have our best interest in mind. As a result, we are not part of the their (management) team. Collective Bargaining Employees fight for fair treatment as a team.
