They are all trying hard to change the culture for the better.
The current leadership team is trying their best under very unfair pressure

Benchmark salaries against competition and in the market
Being treated with basic human dignity.
Compensation is taken away and responsibilities are added
Fair pay in line with marlet rates.
Money is the only thing we get, no stock, no perks, not even a discount on gear.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Great team of people on the actual working floor!

Reluable , honesty , reliable
Some great people have worked here. Most have already left or been fired.

If we had co workers that had clearly defined roles, we’d know how to interact bette
COO needs to be removed
Nobody has any say other than the ceo so meetings are pointless

Fast desicion making at all cost
Fast paced, no hierarchy, forces innovation and creativity

What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Removing the ceo and empowering experts to do the job

They should ask more technical questions rather asking about personal questions.
