The positive environment for sure, it feels good to come to work everyday.

The impact we're making for our customers. We keep making the product better and better and that's exciting.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
It very apparent that people care here. They are always willing to reach out and help and encourage the same.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My teams all seem very positive and have been nothing, but helpful and supportive. It's a nice environment to be in.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I was floored when they let me know that they would get me anything I need for my home office. Chairs, desk, head phones, the whole nine yards. That really impressed me.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They make it apparent that they care and they're transparent with us. I cannot begin to to tell you how much that means to me personally, especially having negative experiences around both of these areas in previous positions.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
So far for me the Origins benefit has been the best. It's been wonderful for financial planning and I really enjoy the webinars they do as well. I am also very excited to do more with the Peloton membership.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
As a new team member, I already feel very valued because the leadership team has reached out to me personally to check in on me and see how I am doing. That is pretty incredible and definitely makes me feel very positive about the work culture here at Namely.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
It's hard to point out just one thing because there are a lot of positives, but the most positive thing is the trust and understanding. They genuinely want the best for their employees, but they also give you the room you need to grow and do what they hired you for! They trust us to do our best.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We are all very driven & want to put our best feet forward. It's nice having a team that's on the same page & wanting to level up the Org. We are also very diverse, which allows us to branch out & explore what drives each of individually to help us be a stronger team. Small (for now), but mighty!
