Namely is a great place to work, as I said in a previous answer I would have a hard time finding a better place for me to work. My coworkers and managers have all be great to work with, and we are focused on improving each other and the product.

We treat each other with respect and are always looking for ways to help each other improve ourselves and the team

We work toward a common goal, there seems to be no ego. People are invested in helping others improve and celebrate when others are rewarded/promoted.

Encourage us to take care of ourselves, reward us for good work, running the business in a sustainable way both for the employees and the bottom line.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
I don't think anything is going wrong, but a job is a job and all things being equally I'd rather not work than work, but if I have to work I would be hard pressed to think of a better company to work for than Namely.
