The community is amazing. I have talked to almost everyone on my team. My manager has shouted me out for all the work that I have done. I have had some complicated payrolls thrown my way as a challenge and multiple people reaching out to let me know they are available just in case I hit a snag.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Namely is accepting of everyone. They have even created channels in Slack for people to communicate and share how they feel without being judged
What makes you most happy at work?
I know that I'm supported in the things that I do and I feel like if my manager isn't available I always have someone else willing to step in to help me
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The perks honestly. I have never worked at a place that offers you a workout platform that the company pays for. Also I love the option that I get to own stock
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone is willing to hop on a meeting with me if I need assistance with anything. I worked the Friday before a holiday and watched everyone reaching out to each other to help get things done before the end of day
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I like that each person in leadership has taken the time to personally meet with me whether via a group meeting or individually to introduce themselves and also to let me know that I can reach out to them if I need them for anything.
