What do you like best about the leadership team?
The Executive team is very transparent about the business and the shortfalls / triumphs. This gives the employee a good image of how the company is doing.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Working from Home is the best aspect of our company environment. What we do can be done from wherever and often times this helps people work at their best.
What makes you most happy at work?
Preventing issues from every occuring by processing successful payrolls week after week. Helping get ahead of items that clients might have overlooked and making sure they are always compliment.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I love my team because we are all eager to help another and we are always looking out for one another. I love that we might not all know everything but each team members talent helps fill the gaps that one might find in themselves.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I believe that our team experiences very high and often unrealistic expectations to get the amount of work completed. To ensure the work is handled, many of the team work long hours (often unpaid) to ensure we are successful. Hours worked should be hours being paid for - always.
