Delivering a feature with a group of invested stakeholders, the teamwork and collaboration is very satisfying.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Communication is excellent and we all just treat each other with respect and dignity. Sad thats so rare in the working world.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Unlimited PTO that is actually unlimited, I've never had a vacation request denied. My raises have taken into account changes in market value for my skillset!
What do you like best about the leadership team?
There's actual transparency. I don't feel like I'm being sold, I'm given the real facts about how the business is doing and why we make the decisions we do.
