When I started Namely was disillusioned about where they were at and where they were going in the next 12 months. Now it's a lot better and more realistic. The toxic people have primarily left the organization. There are plenty of opportunities to upscale the talent and processes.

Ups and downs but overall positive. There have been a lot of changes and there are problems we are still solving but that's what makes it a great place. You can make a difference as long as you're willing to try and are realistic about what's possible.
