I like how they take time to spotlight people who go above and beyond. I also appreciate the transparency to strategic initiatives and financial results.

The package is very inclusive for all sorts of people and benefits. The flexible time-off, fully remote and working hours are very generous and a boon for working parents.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We have a friendly, open dialog. Slack channel has a lots of jokes. But at the same time, very team-centric vibe. Co-workers are always willing to help each other.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Being a remote employee, I appreciate the monthly stipend. Also, I like how our health benefits are a high-deductible (with HSA) but that we have hospitalization insurance. That way, you get best of both high-deductible and low-deductible plans.
