I think we have really great insurance coverage and, especially during a pandemic, I never felt like the insurance wouldn't help me if I found myself needing it.

I believe our leadership team is really grounded on all aspects of people, culture, and the industry we function in. They're always focused on improving anything they can in the company.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I would say the ability to allow for reflection is something I've noticed here. With the world changing and world events, our team was very on top of their communications, acknowledgments, and alignments.
