Their transparency as well as their continued dedication to ensure our health/mental health is thriving during this pandemic.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The random announcements/constant communication from the CEO and other members of leadership as well as the additional days off when we need the break!
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I believe it could be improved, costs of benefits continue to go up we have added benefits but really not being leveraged. More frequent merit increases would definitely be welcomed.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My manager! She is amazing and works so hard to ensure I know how important I am at Namely! Which she is out on leave the Sales director has stepped in and has gone above and beyond as well!
