I would like to see quarterly/yearly bonuses instituted. Additionally, I think my years of experience are under valued.

The leadership is transparent and takes appropriate action when needed. Additionally, our leadership team has its finger on the pulse of current events and trends.

The team listens and is not quick to react to everything that is going on in the company and the world. They take the time to thoughtfully review and assess everything before reacting. This , to me, shows a level of business maturity which has not existed with previous leadership.
