They are engaging, funny and for the most part relaxed, which helps the overall atmosphere and it doesn't feel like work necessarily.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The environment and employees together make it feel homely..so it doesn't necessarily feel like you're at work. Also when you have a culture and environment that is of a relaxed atmosphere in my opinion, it allows me to think more clearly and work more efficiently.
