I appreciate the open communication between leadership and the employees. I feel that I can ask questions or voice suggestions and have feedback in a timely manor.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Medical, Dental, Vision insurance first off. Having unlimited PTO and feeling you can take off time when needed. Also the opportunity to own shares in the company.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I appreciate how respectful everyone is. I also appreciate hearing from Larry about things that are happening in the world and how they might not effect your job but they do effect your life It is nice to know we are all in this together.
