Overall, I am so happy I was able to join the Namely family. I feel like my skills and abilities have improved so much through my contracted role and now as an FTE. I am happy to be involving myself in activities outside of my daily workload that will help me grow into the perfect role for me here.

The thing that makes the culture at Namely come alive is its employees. Everyone I have met along the way has been so welcoming, open-minded, and passionate about their role.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The best part of the compensation package is the PTO, Namely cares about its employees and conveys how important it is to have family vacations or personal days to let your mind breathe and practice good mental health habits.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I like seeing how the leadership team uses constructive feedback on all employees & the Namely product as a whole. This type of reflection really shows that the team is looking out for clients and team members across the organization.
What makes you most happy at work?
The role that I am in is great, I am able to come to work and really know things off of my to-do list and feel accomplished at the end of the day! Lately, since I have just been hired full-time I am excited to see what my roadmap will look like; where will be in just a year's time with the company.
