What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team is extremely transparent and clear on what our company goals are, and what's needed from each department, and role on that team, to achieve Namely's vision.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
My base compensation is fair and I can earn bonuses based on my performance. The bonus targets are clear and take extra effort, but are attainable which makes earning them even more satisfying!
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Namely has a social conscience and understands things outside of work impact each individual that works in this company. The world doesn't shut off when we enter the office and we operate with that in mind. We are humans, not robots.
