- What do you like best about the leadership team?I like that the leadership team is involved and not afraid to communicate expectations with us. I feel like they remain committed to staying "in touch" with what is going on around us on a day-to-day basis and I never question that an effort is being made.
- What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?I actually feel Namely has a really positive company culture overall; I've never worked any other place where our CEO will literally grab a case! For the most part people are positive and we have a lot of great perks; however, culture is ever evolving & it will always ebb and flow as days go on.
