They could work harder and more diligently. They could be more professional.

They do a lot of cosmetic marketing that can be fun. Contests, networking, promotions.

Better communication and connection between upper and lower management. More appreciation of staff and lower level management. Focus on the customer needs over the bottom line in numbers. Do what’s right for the custom
