Overall my experience has been fantastic other than the promotion issue I wrote about earlier. The IRL event bolstered my already high opinion of Nav. I wish I lived closer to the main office so I could work on site from time to time.

Our team genuinely cares about each other, we're always working to make each other better.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I don't have to worry about anyone giving me trouble or being difficult to work with. Everyone understands the vision and works to make sure we accomplish it. There are far more we's than I's at Nav.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I was told I would be promoted 6 months ago, I'm still working at this higher level, yet I'm still waiting. I've been told I'll be receiving back pay, but for only 3 of the last 6 months. I'm still here because I value Nav, but this experience has been disheartening.
