I have enjoyed every day thus far. I have struggled and learned every day. In the best way possible. I am challenged and supported, through many different avenues, not necessarily through only my reporting relationship.
What makes you most happy at work?
Feeling like I am making progress while learning new ways of doing things.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The company cares about inclusion, and celebrating why we are all valuable because of our differences.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I like that they are close, and collaborate without fake boundaries of titles or roles. The goal is the same for the whole company and they want to collaborate to accomplish said goals. Not bolster egos by refusing to work down.
What are some of the best things about your team?
They are brilliant. They know that they don't know everything, nor are they expected to and they happily learn and document as much as possible with every effort we undertake. They care about Nav and getting us to the next level.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The best part of my compensation package is that I have clarity to what is possible in the future. I would like to see the rubric personalized in someway so that I can see the path possibilities for myself in my role, and future opportunities.
