The camaraderie and desire to move beyond the status quo.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Our level card is pretty awesome - we get preloaded buckets to spend on ourselves every month/quarter.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Nav wants to attract top talent, so the company is looking at ways to better itself in multiple areas.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Upper management needs to practice what it preaches and realize that we are real people. We spent a week learning about transformational leadership, but when it comes to practicing it, there is no actual support. Getting that buy-in from the top town is instrumental in creating trust.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
My VP is very reactive - almost to a fault. I think there needs to be more clarity around what we are doing and why. Our targets seem to change every month, which lends me to believe that we don't actually have a clear line of sight on our goals and how to achieve them.
