What makes you most happy at work?
The ability to create new workflows and documents and that they get adopted. The ability to research and apply new tools to better the team.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The additional benefits provided, such as Hospital Indemnity, are an amazing attribute to how Nav cares about its employees. The only feedback would be to match 401k at 100% up to 3,4, or 5%.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
How inclusive all employees are to many different and difficult subjects in today's society. We allow for all to feel welcomed and that each person has the abilities to get the job done and work with one another.
What are some of the best things about your team?
All co-workers have a genuine interest in how well they perform that in turn shines brightly on the our team that translates to high results for the company. They are truthful and candid with their feedback that supports a healthy learning environment.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The Leadership Team is quite engaging whether in All Hands Meetings or Team Meetings. They allow for others to be heard (not just to talk, but to be heard). They continuously update on state of the business. The only feedback is to provide more perspective on new initiatives to understand more.
