What makes you most happy at work?
Challenges where I can work with some autonomy and a little guidance. I appreciate knowing the definition of success and then being given the ability to blaze the trail to get to the desired outcome.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The health insurance is really good compared to what I've had before. I also really like the pick-your-perk program. It's nice to be able to use it for relevant things I would actually use. I bought some snowshoes -- no company has ever offered to buy me snowshoes. :)
