I would say transparency is the biggest positive.

I appreciate their transparency. It allows me to really get behind the company's goals and vision.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team are really great to work with. Nav does an awesome job of hiring people that fit with and improve the culture. They're all knowledgeable in their fields and are willing to learn and grow.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I mostly worry that I'm paying a 'loyalty tax' by staying with Nav (new job seekers often get big bumps in pay, when established employees only see marginal raises). I think Nav's pay scale is clear and well thought out, I just wouldn't want to be loosing out by staying here.
