Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I used to have a higher salary (base, bonus and equity), so my current compensation feels a little bit like I'd settled for less. But, honestly, I can't complain!
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everybody's a true professional and truly looking out for each other. The lack of office politics of any sort is truly energizing - everyone's focused on our mission and our customers.
