I haven't been there long, only 1.5 months, but I can tell they are genuinely interested in helping me develop my personal skills sets, and not only to the benefit of the company, but because they understand if I'm not growing personally I will find a place to do that elsewhere.

My salary and the level card. I think that's a really interesting way to give people the power to design their own benefits.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We work in huddles all day giving us the option to interact or not. It is not required, everybody works how they feel most productive.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They run the company as if everybody has a common goal, and they're just as invested in our day to day as we are. And I feel they truly believe that.
