I've been very happy with my time at Nav. I've had lots of opportunities to grow and learn. The people that I work with are amazing. We work together to solve hard problems. It's not unicorns and rainbows, we have tough days, we make mistakes we argue but we get through it.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Transparency and commitment to making Nav a successful company. There is a strong culture of ownership in the leadership team.
What makes you most happy at work?
I love that I feel like I'm still learning something new almost everyday. I'm challenged often but I have a support system that allows for me to fail and learn from those experiences.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I like our "pick your perks" compensation with the prepaid card that has money for approved categories that allows us to use it in those areas for what we like. Provides a lot of value and options for us.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Very intelligent people committed to success at Nav. My coworkers care about our team strength, diversity and who they are. We talk often about how we can improve our teams diversity, culture and psychological safety and I love that.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The thing that comes to mind today is our commitment to building the company that we want to work for. We're very committed to that. We work with those that have concerns to ask them "how would you build that into the organization?" so that we're working to build the company we want to work for.
