Our group collaboration as well as the way that we come together to get the job done and solve complex business requirements.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I enjoy the way that the company comes together regularly and how they invite you to bring your authentic self to work. The days of belonging is something I enjoy, as well as the different learnings they offer. Ex. LGBTQ, Mental Health Awareness.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
All of the benefits combined make me feel very privileged. In addition to medical/dental/401k, they also provide other things like pick you perk, calm app subscription, masterclass subscription, as well as the surprise gifts they send. The icing on the cake for me is the new bonus program offered.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
