The resources that Navy Federal has in place to effectively assist us with our job.
Member satisfaction, adaptable, engaging, independence, responsibility
My teammates and my direct leader.
More transparency and action. As well as better decision making.
They spit in your face.
Honestly dont try to improve. Navy Federal as an org does not deserve accolades or a chance to improve. I just hope USAA can buy them out and fire all the incompetent people
Some of us men in branches have been forced by their managers to speak with high-pitched voices and lisps with the threat that we'll be graded as unfriendly. Leadership's excuse is that that's how you guide and engage the member. Worst training ever. The sound of our voices shouldn't matter.
Customers are allowed to scream, yell, and belittle workers. Managers don't stand up for them.
Not for profit, member service
Employees being fairly compensated, more flexibility, not being so afraid of technology.
