  • If you could make changes, how would you improve the culture at NetApp?
    Get rid of the inexperienced first line management. Find an innovative technical leader/leaders. Those already there that have decades of practical experience I would put them in leadership and decision making roles rather than marginalizing their experience as not relevant or completely ignored.
