It has gotten much more strict recently. Typically one day a week, but that may not be as flexible as it used to be (ie. you can’t always work from home on Friday).
You might be able to work 1 day a week off-site. Unless you are part of the senior leadership team in which case you can work whenever, wherever. They are fairly invisible.

It is complete chaos as the company is so heavily in debt that it will have continued layoffs in the near future in order to make the balance sheet look good to Wall Street.

Going home at the end of the day. Actually, I have some very supportive colleagues. Unfortunately, the majority of colleagues would throw you under the bus if it meant a promotion for themselves.
