  • You might be able to work 1 day a week off-site. Unless you are part of the senior leadership team in which case you can work whenever, wherever. They are fairly invisible.

  • Average. There isn’t much of a policy. It depends on your boss.

  • If it is the only job offered then take it. It can be a good landing spot until you find your next job.

  • You would only want to work for Newell if it helps you find another job. The company culture is viscous and the financial performance is awful. It is complete chaos as the company is so heavily in debt that it will have continued layoffs in the near future in order to make the balance sheet look good to Wall Street.
