  • In my division it was old, moldy carpet and crumbling cubicles. It was not a layout that would spur creativity or collaboration. Plus it was filthy. The bathrooms smelled all the time.

  • Not at all innovative considering the amount of investment and time poured into the innovation process. The process yields very few significant achievements. More than that, the process has not been able to grow sales. It is burdened with too much bureaucracy and too many touch points. The process relies far too much on centralized resources which are spread too thin.
