Passionate leadership team. Smart and resilient people.
There is very good ommunication.
They really care about us as individuals
Positivity , respect understanding and good listeners
That is exactly what the title says "Team" they have value and listen to ideas and help you develop any career goals you have into an achievable task and not just a dream.
Holding their direct reports accountable.
I honestly don’t know be less quick to fly off the handle when I do not feel go
Since we are going robotic they can be let go and work just be done as orders are place outside our company anyway. That would save us all the headaches. Almost everything is 3rd party.
They need to be fired and the Team should consist of people that understand the business.
Inclusiveness, understanding, honesty toward employees
Benefits start on day one.

Vacations and 401k. Flexible work environment
Insurance is the best part as an entry level.
Bonus structure is very competitive
It is well a rounded package with a lot of options that are beneficial to every individual based upon their needs at affordable pricing
Provide a bonus like 75% of employees get
Being treated like an actual human being instead of a robot
They dont value experience. If your a blue collar worker they ( HR, White Collar ) look down on you like your scum.
Health insurcance premiums are high. I am made to feel undervalued because the manager comes from a country that devalues women and is allowed to slight the women who work under them.
Talented people are not acknowledged and utilized well.
Curious, kind, creative and willing to take risks. Able to look across the whole business for new opportunities.
Very collaborative and everyone pulls together as a team to knock the work out. Forging deep and meaningful relationships with my coworkers is really nice. Its literally like a second family.
Hard working. Engaged. Present. Respectful
The willingness to assist if you get stuck on an issue.
Comitment, partners well, helpful, no attitude
Most of them are fine
Be more engaged in the business
Stop with the toxic, beat you down attitudes.
Share the work load please.

New management, better strategic vision, and use of talented people.
See all employees as assets.

Better communication, merit raises should be according to your work ethic, not same raise across the board, sort of a slap in the face
Review from Operations Dept
Getting an opportunity to interview with both my boss and boss's boss so not being on time constraints. They weren't in a hurry to move on to the next applicant. It seemed like they genuinely wanted to get to know me as a person to determine if I would fit in with the team & company culture.
It was a challenge but the process moved fast.
Quicker decision making and regular follow up
It was 11 years ago but I like that I got to meet multiple people on the team
Very comfortable, my boss was straight forward, I was very comfortable with the interview

They don't have it they only hire temps and that the temps to full time is very seldom
nothing been there longer than most
When there are no equipment breakdowns and we are working steady.
Doing a good job. Getting recognition for doing a good job. Finishing the day on a positive note. Learning how to do my job more efficiently. Putting together the pieces of how to do my job better and better every day. Good training. Positive company meetings.
Team. Brands. Balance. Respect. Possibllities
The company activities are great pluses throughout the week.
Facing new challenges and having the ability to resolve
Go back to making better products, and stop focusing on DEI
Need new H.R personel who dont encourage discrimination towards blue collar workers and support lying unethecial managers.
There is a lot of disrespect coming from the management and directed at the employees. A lot of negative comments are being made on a daily basis.
Review from Operations Dept
Divisions need more autonomy to do better.
Everything is going wrong. Coworkers don't like each other and customers hate Newell. Half the employees are looking to leave.
Interacting with a few dedicated, reasonable colleagues.
It needs a top to bottom restart. Executive management needs to be replaced, promotions need to be merit based, and the culture needs to be more cooperative.
