Curious, kind, creative and willing to take risks. Able to look across the whole business for new opportunities.

Very collaborative and everyone pulls together as a team to knock the work out. Forging deep and meaningful relationships with my coworkers is really nice. Its literally like a second family.

We are all people of intelligence with high standards that bring multiple attributes that set the bar high for achieving goals for the company. From experience we know one individual can achieve these goals alone but together we always achieve many and make things happen.

We have a lot if talent on the team - its just not lead effectively.

Overhaul business unit leadership roles

There isnt any teamwork in my particular dept., but I do enjoy my other co workers in other departments

Put people with good experience and relevant experience in roles. Especially within Connected Home & Security Marketing and Operations. These departments are run by manager with zero experience. People are promoted to positions without qualifications and division CEO protects and fills in for them!

There isn’t any collaboration. Every issue is an opportunity to make a coworker look bad.

I have a few reliable coworkers. The rest just want to undermine your performance so they look good.
