Since we are going robotic they can be let go and work just be done as orders are place outside our company anyway. That would save us all the headaches. Almost everything is 3rd party.
They need to be fired and the Team should consist of people that understand the business.

The stock is down 70% in 2 years. Safe to say the leadership team needs to get better at anything and everything. It’s hard to imagine a monkey making random decisions could do any worse.
They simply need to be replaced. They have proven over the past 2 years that they don't know how to make Newell a successful company.
