Getting an opportunity to interview with both my boss and boss's boss so not being on time constraints. They weren't in a hurry to move on to the next applicant. It seemed like they genuinely wanted to get to know me as a person to determine if I would fit in with the team & company culture.
It was a challenge but the process moved fast.
Quicker decision making and regular follow up
It was 11 years ago but I like that I got to meet multiple people on the team

I interviewed over 14 years ago with a whole new management team and HR person. It was completely different then. Very comfortable interview process and very polite people conducting the interviews. It is not like that now

Some people knew what they are doing. Others are in positions that they have no clue about - like the Product Manager at Connected Home & Security
They don't have it they only hire temps and that the temps to full time is very seldom
