Everyone cares about what we do, they all work really hard to hell the company succeed, they are not territorial and will do whatever is needed for Nextdoor to win
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Majority of the company is underwater with their equity, we are all working for cash now. And our cash comp is not competitive. Nextdoor is a great company and the people are great, but compensation is pretty bad.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
We are mostly underwater now and cash comp is not great, so it has been 3 years of burning my savings. It will be hard to maintain my cost of living while working at Nextdoor if the stop continues at the level we currently are.
