The helpfulness and positive attitude of most teammates.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The people really are kind. Cliche but true. And everyone really does treat each other as human beings and not work horses/robots.
What makes you most happy at work?
A sense of accomplishment when I figure out a tough answer to a client question or present information at a team meeting or to a client and when I put together decks (still learning/work in progress)
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I think we could use better perks (one example is more $ towards fertility services) and more paid parental leave. My last company gave 5 months paid. And I think individuals could ALWAYS be compensated better no matter what.
