I came to this company for the mission and the work life balance. I am not disappointed in either. I enjoy my team, and the scope of my work, which is challenging, but not overwhelming. My only struggle is sometimes partnering with other teams.

I really wanted to work at a company that has kindness as a virtue and an aspiration. I feel so strongly that I finally found that.

The head of our department works hard to ensure we're having fun. He is very passionate about our team and our wellbeing in a way I have not experienced.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Transparency. I love seeing how much work goes into the All Hands each week. I feel very plugged in. And Sarah's a boss. Love seeing her kill it in interviews.
What makes you most happy at work?
My role is focused squarely on my area of expertise. It's narrow in scope in the best possible way. I am excited to open my inbox, and I dreaded it at my last company.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I felt the team made me a fair offer at hire, and when I negotiated, they met that in an effort to show their faith in me. That meant a lot and really made me hit the ground running.
