Nextdoor has been such an incredible transition from past employers. I really feel that I can be myself and I am valued for my work. I enjoy the collaboration and work that goes into everything we do!

In this current remote client, Nextdoor has done a great job of creating company-wide meetings, promoting our resource groups, and guest speakers.

Everyone truly embodies kindness here at Nextdoor. I'm always excited to collaborate with my team and brainstorm ways we can improve or expand on ideas!

How friendly and personable the team is that they are always in the office. It feels comfortable enough to ask them questions or chat about the day!

Nextdoor offers a very comprehensive compensation package. I appreciate that they offer a variety of different perk that span across the board such as fertility funding, pet sitting, and child care.

Nextdoor prides itself on giving back and being thoughtful with everything we do. It is very apparent that it trickles down from the top - it's a very positive place to work!

My team is always so kind and willing to help out if I have questions. We all support each other in such an amazing way, we really are a one of a kind team!

I love that I have full benefits here at Nextdoor. It makes me feel better knowing that if I need it, I can go to the doctors and not pay an exorbitant amount of money to be healthy.
