It's really easy to build new ideas here. It makes it very easy to do something impactful and bring value to the company.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I think there are a lot of competitive offers out there for top engineering talent that we don't do enough to match with. It would be great if our total compensation increased to remain competitive even with the current market conditions.
