Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel like the quantitative measurements (commits, PRs, etc.) aren't an accurate depiction of the effort put in/impact on the company. Especially so because I feel like my job is more difficult/time consuming than generic feature development, so number of PRs will net them a higher salary than me.
