What is the best part about your compensation package?
I appreciate the fact we're starting our journey on evolving our compensation plans for Sales. I very much appreciated the opportunity in H2'21 and H1'22 to work with an external consultant, and the transparency with which Heidi, Finance, and the Comp team is communicating with me.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I am impressed with my team's resilience and optimism, in the face of internal obstacles and resource challenges (e.g., product and engineering). We are tasked with driving the majority of the company's revenue but the base line products and services we need to be successful are not prioritized.
