I have been able to work on some pretty cool projects howeverthe work life balance is poor. the US are favoured over international. the structure is not clear inc job roles. It is a pretty micro managed environment which has affected my confidence and feeling of security. no career paths

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
communication and respect. The culture here is very US sided, we should be working as a global team with the US communicating out to us and listening to our feedback/ideas
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
My US colleagues seem to micro mange, they also tend to schedule afternoon meetings which is an evening for me which affects my W/L Balance. there is no consideration for the difference in timezones at ND
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
We are very divided, whilst our CEO does a great job of trying to make us work more global, practically this isn't happening. Her leads need to do better. we also have a very high turnover of staff
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I have not had much direct contact with them to be honest. although the one time I did need to reach out to out head of people I did not feel supported and also found the communication pretty cold
