What makes you most happy at work?
Honestly, my team. The people I get to work with make all the difference! Our beautiful HQ and lunches/ surprise and delights are also a plus, but definitely my team.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is the absolute BEST!!!! Literally couldn't dream of a better team. From our Lead, to Head's of, to everyone in between, they are all so welcoming, fun, caring, helpful, and so collaborative! I truly feel like I'm at a people first company, working alongside very talented individuals.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I love the flexibility of a hybrid workplace - I feel like that shows the company cares about our mental health, and personal needs. Traffic Week events are extremely fun to get together in-person, and I do feel like Nextdoor has created a sense of community, and everyone really is kind.
