The leadership team always backs into the company's mission- they never lose sight of the utility that Nextdoor provides in favor of revenue or other potential upsides.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
There's an overall culture of collaboration and caring, internally and externally. There are always pains (in any company/org) but we are always able to fall back to our mission and support of our teams.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team specifically are all great people, we're collaborative, able to put our heads down and work together to achieve goals, help each other when we need it; but we also know how to let loose and _stop_ working, which is important in itself!
