What is the best part about your compensation package?

Gosh, I don't know! I'm extremely satisfied with my overall compensation.

What makes you most happy at work?

The work I get to do. For me, it's that perfect blend of creative and analytical. I'm a dabbler and a lifelong learner. It's perfect.

What are some of the best things about your team?

When someone needs a hand, many hands are raised to pitch in. When someone takes a sick day, there are inquiries about their health and whether or not someone can order them food for delivery. It's just exceedingly kind and genuine.

What do you like best about the leadership team?

Clear, thoughtful communication around goals. We have a focus and the executive team keeps us dialed in on that. I've never worked anywhere that did this work so well. It serves us all extremely well in keeping a work-life balance in check.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

Our manager checks in with us as people first and then our work. They use the one-on-ones to ground and guide. It's very skillful communication that helps me think through to a solution while also better understanding what my manager is truly going to value and how my work today will impact tomorrow
