Overall I am really happy working at Nextdoor. The work life balance is a bit rougher than at other companies I've worked at due to the pressure and fast paced engineering culture, but there is flexibility and the pay is good enough to justify the workload.

I love the fast paced, empowered but psychologically safe engineering culture.

It is one of the fastest moving, most productive engineering teams I've been on.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The equity grant was quite generous given how low the stock currently is -- there is a ton of upside if we can pull off what we're trying to do!
